Also in the world of Kayla. I woke up this morning and slid off my bed (it's on risers so getting in and out of bed is a bit of an adventure. I like living life on the edge). Unbeknownst to me, my foot slid perfectly into my backpack strap and when I tried walking I fell flat on my face. I mean, because my bed in against the wall, there is literally no way I can NOT get off on the right side of the bed (see what I did there?) but I have to say, that was an interesting way to start the day.
In other news (because I know my life is so enthralling) I finally was proactive and wrote a letter to one of my friends who is in England *can I just live there*. I put it in the mail today. I don't know why, but when I mail something (which isn't often), I feel like that means I will automatically receive something in the mail. Obviously I know that's not how it works. Regardless, I will most likely check the mail every day in anticipation. Fellow Coloniers/Colonials/Coloners, if you see me "stooping" throughout the day, I'm not. I'm waiting for the mail. Although I would probably appreciate some company so you're welcome to come wait with me.
Well, folks. Here's a motivational meme for you. My roommate recently put this in our bathroom.
